Older but beautiful, well maintained fifth wheel. We are the original owners. Some of the decals are curling a little. Never had any roof leaks. Floor is in great shape, no soft spots. Nothing wrong as far as we know. We had it parked on our 10 acres as our getaway so mostly slept in and hardly every cooked in. We sold the property and now ready for a new adventure. We added a new jackknife sofa last summer to give us some additional sleeping space and has new theater seating as well. This is an anniversary edition so it has some extras such as the artic package, awnings over the slideouts, central vac, upgraded rain sensor fans in kitchen and bathroom, glass door on shower, upgraded hardwood cabinets, crown molding and many other small things. It has a corner desk with an electric fireplace under the TV. Patio awning is automatic. There is a large pass through storage area underneath. Never been smoked in. Recent (april 2020) small dog added to the family. (shitzu/bichon mix) This is a very nice fifth wheel. I think anyone would be pleased if you are seriously looking. Serious inquiries only please.
