For sale is our 2014 Rockwood Premier 2516g. The unit has treated us well and we are simply looking for something that fits our growing family better. We will do our best to be upfront and honest to avoid any unnecessary surprises. Please pay special attention to the photos which hopefully provide a fair representation.The good:

• *Spacious sleeping arrangements! I love the open air view from bed when parked near a scenic spot.
• *Sink, stove, refrigerator, shower, toilet and radio!
• *Dual propane tanks. I think I've filled them once.
• *Electric roof and tongue lifts
• *Electric brakes
• **Light washing prior to every use. Deep cleaning 1-2x per year.

**Rust painting/maintenance each spring

The bad:

• *A small branch speared the roof. No interior damage. Patched exterior with lap sealant.
• *Awning sagged with water once. Bent it back in shape. It also has mildew stains, but cleaned recently!
• *Driver front/pass rear silicone repairs on roof
• *Galley base had warranty work done which added glue/screws to better secure against all of the folding/unfolding pressure from the metal arm
• *Slideout and tongue side bed, canvas rail started getting brittle. A screw was installed through both to prevent it from breaking.
