2017 Newmar Ventana LE 4037 - this is a lightly used 40' diesel pusher with 20,100 miles and
only 19 hours on the 8KW Onan generator. It has three slides which one is a full wall slide. It
has a bath and a half. There are two recliners across from a 48” Vizio HDTV on a TV lift
behind a jackknife sofa. There is a pull-out dining table with four chairs. It has a Whirlpool
microwave/convection oven over the propane cooktop. There is a full size residential
Whirlpool refrigerator also. The motorhome is cooled by two Dometic AC units with heat
pumps in both of them. It is heated by two propane furnaces.
The bedroom has a full queen size bed with an 8” memory foam mattress. The bedroom has
two closets and six drawers for plenty of storage space. There is a 32” Vizio HDTV at the foot
of the bed. The full bath has a stack-able Whirlpool washer and dryer along with more storage
space along with the shower and vanity sink.
There is a lot of extra audio/video wiring for the Winegard Tra'vler satellite TV, Sony Bluray
player, Sony A/V receiver and OTA TV. It is prewired for an outside TV setup in one of the
compartments. Right now the Winegard satellite dish is setup for a Dish satellite and a Hopper
3. It can be changed back to a Directv satellite system. I also have a tripod setup that could be
used for Dish or Directv and the tripod wiring in the electrical bay.
There is plenty of storage in the compartment bays with a Progressive Surge Protector, A 15'
50 amp extension cord, an adjustable water pressure regulator, sewer hoses and water hoses for
the drinking and black tank flush which makes it ready for a trip. A patio mat is also included
and a NSA braking system with towbar if wanted. One of the compartments has a slide tray.
There is an Eez RV Products tire pressure monitoring system and four tire covers are also
included. The windshield has a Magne sunshade and there is a Vista Shade Electric 17 X 10 black shade for the awning also included. There are also three different types of jack pad mats and wheel chocks
