2017 Thor Motor Coach Chateau Class C RV. Model 31E bunk house with Ford E-450 chassis, Ford Triton V-10 engine and measures approximately 32 feet long. There are LCD TV/DVD players in each bunk (measuring 15"), 32" LCD TV in the back bedroom (without a DVD player), and a 40" LCD TV above the driver with a DVD player. Also includes an upgraded 15,000 BTU air conditioner. The couch and dinette have been upgraded to have leather coverings, and the dinette even includes the tethers for two car seats. There are power locks and windows, a 3 burner stove with oven, gas/electric water heater, holding tanks with heat pads, wheel liners, valve stem extenders, keyless entry, automatic electric patio awning with LED lighting, back-up monitor, single door refrigerator with freezer, roof ladder, 4000 Onan Micro Quiet generator, slick fiberglass exterior, full extension drawer glides, all roof vents have covers and there is tons of room for storage! It also includes a complete spare tire with rim. It sleeps 8-10 total, which would include 2 in the back bedroom, 2 in the bunks, two above the driver and 1-2 on both the sofa and the couch (two adults would be tight, but two kids would fit fine). Generator has run 191 hours. This RV has been kept in storage in winter months when not in use. It is in great shape, we are just looking to downsize. More pictures available upon request.
