1998 Newmar Mountain Aire Diesel pusher. Freighliner chassis. CAT diesel, Allision transmission. 77,413 miles. Onan 9,000 KW diesel generator. I am the third owner. When I purchased this RV in 2018, it had just had new Kelly tires installed all the way around. This RV has a single slide, the slide incorporates the couch and dinette, making a significantly sized open living area. The RV is mechanically sound, as it was Maryland Inspected in 2018. RV drives and handles well. I have towed with it, towing about a 10,000 LB trailer/pickup combination, it towed like it was not there. The generator, inverter, water system, sinks, shower, grey and black tanks, all work. I am not sure about the hot water heater, as I have never tried to use it. The truck had a roof leak which caused damage to the carpet and flooring. The coach will need new carpet or flooring throughout. I had planned to replace but have found that we used the RV the first year but very seldom if ever use it now so need to get rid of it. There is a significant awning on the passenger side of the truck. The awning was ripped during a storm, it is repairable but is not on the truck. One of the pictures shows the awning on the ground beside the truck, I am not sure what is involved in the repair. The RV is currently in storage in Southport NC. The new owner will pick it up there, or arrange transport. I have the title in hand. I'll accept cash or cashier's check only, given this day and age, no personal checks, no financing. I am not interested in trades.
