Practically new, used only twice. It took us two trips to figure out we didn't want a trailer this long. Bad for us, good for you. The trailer comes with all the Gulf Stream Conquest Lite 238RK features (https://www.gulfstreamcoach.com/products/light-weight/conquest-lite/model/238rk), such as:
- dry wt 4815 lb
- net carrying capacity 2693 lb
- Rear kitchen w/3 burner stove, microwave, and oven
- Electric slideout w/jacknife sofa, pantry, and wardrobe
- Opposing dinette
- Queen bed (but see below)
- 16000 BTU furnace
- 15000 BTU air conditioner
- 30 amp electric service
- 14' awning
- 12v refrigerator (runs off battery, does not consume propane)
This model also came with Solid Step RV steps at the rear entrance.
Upgrades that have been made:
- The bed has been converted to a 60"x80" queen bed with a Wilderness RV mattress ($776 value)
- The tires shipped with the trailer have been replaced with Goodyear Endurance trailer tires ($480 value)
- An XtraRide 84 month extended warranty was purchased and is transferable ($75 transfer fee not included) ($1382 value)
Disclosures: The side windows are difficult to close and latch. The manufacturer was less than careful careful when they skinned the slideout. The skin is a little crooked. Cosmetic, but still. The water heater is electric/propane. We only used electric, and had some issues with consistent heat. May have been us.
