This unit is like new: 83 years old, having to call it quits. We have owned all types of RV’s (Pushers, 5th Wheels, Gas MH’s) over the past 55 years. This is the best floor plan by size we have ever owned. I have always taken care of my investments/toys. This unit has a small dent in the rear bumper, only damage. Our favorite features King Bed, large 4 door ref/freezer, sofa footrest, location of TV look straight at it, large microwave, hard surface flooring, outdoor entertainment center, Onan 5500 generator, two A/C units one is heat pump, comfortable driver’s seat, lots of storage, 2 slides, power leveling jacks, power fold away overhead bunk bed, power front window shade, large awning
