2017 Jayco North Point 375bhfs. 43' with five slides this fifth wheel provides a TON of room for families!
Tire minder system, 6 pt leveling system and backup camera system installed. Comes with bike rack and portable dump system, only used once for grey water. There is a separate bunkhouse with five bunks, triple in one slide and double in the other PLUS a half bathroom. We added in a residential fridge, upgraded to butcher block counters, tile surround, smart tv, upgraded lights and window treatments, residential living and dining room furnishings and added a stack unit washer and dryer. Oven has a blower and works amazing! Automatic leveling system, 3 propane tanks, generator prep ready, solar power prep ready, built in vacuum. There is an outdoor kitchen with mini fridge.
We have more than $60k invested in this past year!
Items to note: Very good but lived in condition (not showroom perfect. i.e., a few dings on fridge, scratches or nicks here and there) we removed glass shower door system (now use shower curtain), max air vent in kitchen is non-operable, a big mean pole jumped out and hit the lower skirting on living room slide - doesn't affect anything except cosmetic (parts have already been ordered last month, stated to be 4-6 weeks out - purchaser will get these from us!)
