This trailer has only been used 6 nights by us, previous owner never used it. It's in like new condition. We are selling it because we intend to buy a motor home in the future. It has a walk around memory foam mattress bed, furnace, a/c, wet bath, microwave, lots of storage, 2 propane tanks, awning, Furrion rear view camera, 4 stabilizing jacks, and electric tongue jack. It could sleep 2 adults and 2 children. It has always been in covered storage when not in use.
