We have loved this trailer but need to sell.

This trailer has two sliders, a bunkhouse with three bunks, a queen size bed in a separate bedroom, loveseat with pull out bed, and eating area that also converts to a sleeping area. Amenities include a flat screen TV with radio/DVD player. TV rotates so it can be watched from the living/eating area or the bedroom. Refrigerator, freezer, microwave, gas oven and stovetop, sink, bathroom with shower, air conditioning, heating, hot water heater, awning, outdoor speakers, outdoor lights, outdoor kitchen (never used) and an outdoor shower. Carpets have been professionally cleaned. Lots of storage space including underneath. Hookups for electric, water, sewer, and cable. Manual stabilizers. Total length is 37 feet. Total weight when full is about 9,000 pounds. Also including hoses and filters for water hookup, wooden blocks for stabilizers, and tool box.
