Great family camper with comforts of A/C and heat with thermostat. microwave and double kitchen sinks, recently added new tankless hot water system, 2 recent Interstate deep cycle batteries, LED brake lights and updated interior lighting, tow ball off rear end, new dinette upholstery and slip cover on fold down sofa, otherwise no tears in upholstery. The queen mattress is comfortable and camper has plenty of solid wood cabinet space throughout, 2 skylights, 2 opening vents and 1 power vent. All glass and window coverings in good shape, flooring is good and tires are decent with fresh grease in wheel bearings. Dual large propane tanks to last long. Will need to supply your own Equalizer Hitch to tow if you desire, is not being sold with it. This is an older unit in good condition and has been maintained accordingly. It pulls good and has been very enjoyable for our family. The canopy fabric needs to be replaced however the canopy hardware is just fine.
