Selling our 1 year old camper because we are upgrading to a larger park model. We purchased this camper brand new 1 year ago and have had no issues with it, it has been taken well care of and winterized properly. Camper has an extended warranty with approx 36 months left. 50-amp service, extra a/c unit for bunkhouse, electric stabilizer jacks just to name a few. Price is 35K w/ the warranty (transferrable), or 34K without the warranty. Our camp site is not for sale.
