My 2016 Grand Design Solitude 377MB comes loaded with features. This popular floorplan includes a "Mid-Bunk" Bonus Room that serves as an extra bedroom or an office. A pocket door to the bunkroom makes for easy access. The room has a double bed sleeper-sofa and above this room is a loft with a queen-size 3" mattress, its own roof-vent, window, and AC vent.
The living area features heated reclining "theater seats", a queen-size sleep-sofa, an entertainment center including 50" tv, soundbar, and AM/FM-DVD player with speakers to the main living area, master bedroom and/or the outside. The large refrigerator can be run on either AC or propane. There's storage galore with the pull-out easy-access drawers of the pantry.
The large island gives extra storage as well as ample workspace for cooking and clean-up.
Electric Fireplace with heat in addition to propane furnace.
For comfort, there are 2 AC units that cool individually or in tandem with a "racetrack" ductwork system. When it cold, the propane furnace and a fireplace that can also serve as a heat source when needed.
The 12-gallon water heater also runs on either electric or propane.
The bathroom features a skylight, a brand new toilet with a "soft close" seat, a spacious shower area with a built-in seat, and an adjustable height shower head, and a raised glass bowl vanity sink. The pocket door entrance into the bathroom makes getting in and out a breeze, even with another person around.
outside there are 2-7 gallon propane tanks and the easy-to-use nautilus 2 docking station.
There is a large front storage which also houses the 2 nearly new 12 volt batteries. The very large pass-through storage located just behind the front storage area.
The rig is pre-wired for after-market solar panel systems.
