*Sale Pending* Gently used Wildwood for sale. We bought it 3 years ago, but it is just too big for what need. We would like to downsize. It is 36', 8,700 lbs dry weight. There are 3 slides, one super slide for the living area, and two slides in the bunk house that result in a huge area for kids/guests. There is an outdoor kitchen with a sink and second dorm style fridge. Last year, we upgraded to Goodyear Endurance tires, had the wheel bearings done, and coated the roof. The RV has 2 A/Cs, main unit is 15K and ducted throughout the unit, and there is a second 13.5K unit in the bedroom. RV can be operated on 30amp service as long as you only use on A/C, otherwise can be operated on 50amp. Other options include solid step, solar prep, bluetooth stereo with outside speakers, power tongue jack and stabilizers, bumper mounted gas grill, and an LED light package that includes a multi-color strip up near the awning (that can be changed via a remote) and a strip of all blue lights under the unit. Please note, the power tongue jack was bent on our last trip. We were given a manual jack to get us home, I will order new power jack and install. We have enjoyed the RV, we have pulled it just shy of 10,000 miles in the last 3 years but we just don't need all of that room and would like to get something smaller.
