Trailer is in excellent condition. Bought in 2019 and have used it maybe 12-13 times. Everything looks brand new. The bunkhouse gives the kids a space of their own away from the main gathering area. Outside kitchen area is nice so you don't have to go back and forth in the trailer. Never used the propane grill that comes with the trailer. Still in the box under the master bed. None of the furniture is worn. Still looks like it did when we picked it up. If you have any question don't hesitate to ask.
