This 2015 model Tesla (not related to electric car Tesla) toy hauler manufactured by Evergreen has been owned by a single owner since purchased new in the summer of 2015 and stored inside with the tow vehicle for its life when not on the road. The vehicle has been well maintained and recently had several upgrades and routine maintenance performed in December of 2020. With the exception of a 45-day trip out west in summer of 2016, the RV was only used approximately 30-45 days per year. This has been a great unit and we have been fortunate to make some good memories with it in a variety of camping environments and tailgates over the years. No vehicles have ever been hauled in the toy box. It was used primarily as a second bedroom for our daughter/family/friends and to haul excess outdoor gear.

Recent Maintenance & Improvements ($12,000):
-New roof
-Inspection of frame, removal of limited rust in a few areas and entire frame coated with bed liner to prevent future rust build up.
-Generator normal service performed. Generator currently has 446 hours and is started most months to maintain working order. Generator has reliably performed in multiple dry camping situations.
-Replaced lights in living room as OEM lights were too heavy and stripped out of the wall.-Repaired broken tail light and added metal protection to prevent future damage from low clearance roadways
-Replaced factory under belly with aluminum plate for increased rigidity
-Installed electric grey and black tank valves
-All propane and hydraulic jack lines inspected
-New tires (Samson ST 235/80R16, model GL285T)
-Checked all bearings and wheels and axles.
-Upgraded suspension (MoRyde)

Repairs/other items of disclosure:
-Repaired main slide and confirmed alignment after car bumped into it in owner’s driveway.
-Couch in living area is starting to show its age. Pleather is cracking.
-Some scratches on counter

Reason for selling unit: In the near term, my wife and daughter do not appreciate the RV as much as they should, thus we do not use it as much as I would like. Wife and I will be going on a year-long trip in late 2022-2023 and want to pursue purchase of a higher end unit at that time.
