2019 Lance Model 1475 w/slide out. Bought new September, 2018; one owner. No smokers or pets ever. No damage, scratches or dents. Reason for selling, getting ready to go out of country later this year. Pulled behind 6cyl. Toyota FJ Cruiser for two years, now 2020 F-150. Easy tow behind FJ, hardly know it's behind the Ford. Slide out with small sleep sofa with extendable foot rests and 2 swivel coffee tables. Comfortable (to me) Queen Size inner spring mattress, small pillow top on it. 28" TV with rotating antennae with booster, AM/FM/DVD Stereo with interior and exterior speakers (Bluetooth). Keyless entry with Key Fob. 10 foot awning with LED lights/ auto retract in high winds (it works). Stove top and oven lightly used, microwave heavily used (single guy). Great 5 Cu FT 3 way Refrigerator, keeps ice cream frozen. Heater runs on propane or electric; AC works well. Nice sized bathroom with shower and curtain. Lots of LED lights inside and out, 2 powered roof vents. Outside wash station. Pre-wired for solar. 26 gallon fresh and grey water tanks, 22 gallon black water. Powercord, water hose and sewer hose. Lance appears to use and install very quality equipment.
