Recently fully serviced and inspected! Perfect condition and barely used. Very large and roomy camper suited for a family. Full size shower, 1 1/2 baths spacious unit that is easy to set up. Kitchen has a full-sized refrigerator & freezer, three burner propane stove and large sink. There is lots of storage and a pantry with the control board inside to monitor water levels, lighting, etc. The dinette converts to a sleeping area and is right next to the two comfortable theater chairs. The chairs are directly in front of the large TV and fireplace. The fireplace is electric but puts out exceptional heat, and it is all remote controlled.

Master queen bed factory matress has been upgraded to a new and unslept on 6" memory foam mattress. Makes a huge difference. Has additional storage space under bed. Master bed has one of the additional tv's, a chest of drawers, and a very large closet that is plumbed for a washer and dryer.
The bathroom outside the master has a full size shower and lots of storage.

The back bedroom is separated from the living area with its own door. This room has two bunk beds and a love seat that converts to a bed. In front of the love seat is one of the extra TV's, mounted with all of the connections in place. There is a half bath in the bunkhouse.

There is a large pass-through storage compartment that houses your water connections, satellite/cable hook up and the auto leveling jack controls. In the front storage compartment, you will find the pre-wired solar panel connection plug, and wiring to charge a battery with it.

I have a luggage rack mounted on the back that supports the gas grill with gas line and accesories. Conveniently located just beyond the corner of the outdoor kitchen.
