This is a wonderful, family friendly camper trailer. It feels new on the inside and is in excellent condition. The spacious interior includes: kitchen with an island, U-Lounge sofas with tables, master bedroom, bathroom and bunk/party room.

The floor plan pictured depicts the bunk room with all bunks while this bunk room includes 1 convertible booth dinette/bed, two upper bunk beds 38" x 72" and a bench sofa that doubles as a bed, all with reading lights.

The exterior is structularly sound yet needs a coat of wax. Additionally the awning has some mold and mildew. The roof is in like new condition. I intend to wax it and clean the awning. If purchased before I complete the tasks I will reduce the price.

This trailer sleeps 8. The master bedroom has a queen bed with under mattress storage, bed side cabinets with drawers and hanging storage, overhead reading lights and a separate air conditioner. A separate bunk/party room is perfect for the kids. There are multiple under bench drawers and hanging wardrobe with above and below cabinets. The U-Lounge fold out full size mattress is an air mattress with an electrical pump that inflates and deflates the mattress in approximatliy 5 minutes. It is deceivingly comfortable, as it is adjustable to be soft or firm to suit the individual/individuals sleeping on the bed. Their are storage drawers and over head cabinets. The kitchen has a refrigerator, island with a double sink, 3 burner stove top and oven, microwave and multiple storage cabinets. The U-lounge has sofa seating for 8 with two swivel tables, a TV with a new DVD/CD player and radio with indoor and outdoor speakers.

The outdoor kitchen includes a smaller refrigerator, 2 burner stove, sink, microwave and cabinets and a drawer. There is also a large 19' powered awning, outdoor grill, outdoor shower and outside lighting. This is considered a 4 season camper with heated tanks protected down to 0 degrees.

All the operating manuals in the white binder are the orginal manuals included in the purchase.
