This 2021 Lance 2465 is loaded and has been on 3 short trips. It is immaculate, like new, and extremely clean. Always garaged when not being used. We have decided to go with a previously ordered motor home that was delayed for over 1 year. Need to sell the Lance and our new tow truck.
The Lance was purchased locally here in Oklahoma City, and has not needed service since purchase in January. There simply is nothing wrong with this trailer at this time!
The title is clear without a lien. The trailer came with the following options: ladder, solar pre-wired (but not installed), Lance Load roof rack system, 2 5/8inch lift kit, 4 season capability, A/C dual Coleman, back up camera with vehicle monitor, battery monitor, dual lithium batteries, Fantastic Roof Vent, fireplace, 2- 40 inch 12V televisions, bedroom with powerlift, 16ft 6in awning with LED lighting, awning slide-out covers (2), electric stabilizer jacks, electric tongue jack, keykless entry, spare tire, tri-5 propane tanks, utility TT receiver, 3 burner high output with oven (Suburban). We added a Girard Model GSWH-2 tankless water heater to replace the hot water tank (it works flawless). We also had the dealer install the Winegard AIR 360+ Omnidirectional TV/FM + WiFi + 4G Extender with router. There is a Husky anti-sway hitch installed as well.
All windows are dual-paned, and the front window is automotive glass.
The advantage to this unit over new is that all systems are checked and working "in the field."
