This 5th wheel is well taken care of for being 20+ years old. I go hunting and really need to get an RV that has a heated underbelly. An appointment is set for a "wellness check" for the 5th wheel on May 13 and will be fixing anything major that they might find, but except for checking on the water heater everthing else has been running perfectly. The roof was last sealed summer of 2020. My husband and I have lived for months in this rv while building a house or taking extended vacations. There is a nice memory foam pad on the mattress of the queen bed. Fairly new comfort height toilet. Shower/tub. Good storage. Bearings regularly packed. Awning replaced 2-3 years ago. Good tires + spare. D.G.V.W. = 7900#. Wt./Wheels = 6380#. 1 slide out. Have made repairs over time as needed. (it has been our getaway nest). Was purchased new 5/9/2000.
