I bought this toy hauler, brand new, in the spring of 2019.
We used it for the 2019 and 2020 summers, less than 20 times total. We never ended up using the 13' toy hauler portion for anything except storage and sleeping but we did use the external 50 gal fuel station many times. It has been parked inside of an enclosed, heated garage for the entire time we've owned it.

The triple slide housing creates pleanty of room to enjoy. It does have a couple of dings on the outside, before I was even able to use it, a door in the garage fell over and scratched the back panel. Then, on our virgin voyage, a sign jumped out in front of us when we were turning and scratched the same side the door fell on. Neither scratch is very noticable but I'll point them out to you.

The inside is awesome. It's clean, fully furnished and in my mind, still smells new. We added a 4" pad onto the top of the king size bed for a little more comfort. I also added a stencil decal to the stairway wall, it's in the pictures. The family area is wonderful with a full sized leather couch and an L shaped loveseat, three of the seats are recliners. This allows for pleantly of seating to enjoy the 50" LCD HDTV and fireplace.

All of the plumbing works great, there are two bathrooms in this model. One in the front by the bedroom and one in the garage. The outdoor kitchen is fully equiped with a sink and fridge. We set up our outdoor grill adjacent to the outdoor kitchen area and cooked outdoors on all of our campouts, so the inside kitchen was really only used for cold cereal, snacks and refrigeration. The 18 Cu Ft fridge/freezer is kitchen sized and can operate with LP or electric.

There are 3 air conditioners, a 100 gal fresh water tank, 2-30lb LP tanks, 2-80 gal holding tanks (one for grey and one for black), it has a 35K BTU furnace and a 12 gal water heater that can run on LP or electric. It's 429 sq ft (which was bigger than my first apartment, LOL). It has 3 axles and is 8'5" wide and 45'9" long. The self leveling is amazing and I'll never own another RV without it.
