This unit is a 2020 1805RB Light that was used one day last year just to make sure everything operated perfectly. It is in excellent condition. It is being sold because we are relocating our home. It contains many amenities not given with a new unit. They include, a full cover, tire covers, a Hitch Ball hookup that includes stabilizing bars, a rear camera system that is essential for backup, spare tire cover, an essential RV awning clamp that keeps the awning in place while driving in windy conditions, a TV DVD player, a water pressure guage that is adjustable, new water filter, chocking blocks for the tires and jack pads to protect the leveling jacks. There are black tanks additives and additional sewage attachments and a thermostat control for the hot water heater. Documentation and paperwork is all included.
