Our family of 6 has loved this RV! Has been well maintained and oil changed regularly. Sleeps 8. has 4 TVs inside 1 outside. 3 DVD players. Memory foam mattress topper on queen bed. Will include pots and pans, dishes, Keurig coffee maker and gas grill. Upgraded shower valve and kitchen faucet. Re-caulked the exterior last year. Roof is in good shape. It is pre-wired for solar. 2 new front tires last year. 45,850 miles. Hate to see it go but with another baby on the way we need a bigger house!
