This is trailer is great for larger families. With two slides (both driver-side), the main living area and the bunkhouse both open up to really expand the interior space. Will sleep up to 11, but the most we've slept is 4 adults and 2 children for a full week.

Service/Upgrades/Issues: Axles/brakes serviced every other summer; tires new in Jun '20 (DOT codes show manuf in May '20) - upgraded to Carlise Radial Trail HD (Xtra capacity over stock,) includes spare; upgraded the original jacknife sofa to a new leather sleeper sofa in Summer of '20 ($2000 cost); Roof last resealed in Fall of 2019; Hot water heater replaced in Spring of 2015; the front roof-to-cap seal leaked in the Spring of 2017. Roof was resealed and has not been a problem since then; Some delamination of front cap; Awnings ok, but showing age (cracking and stretching a bit); graphics starting to fade due to age. Will include new door for outside kitchen but it will need to be installed. Residential queen mattress.

Includes the Reese Dual-Cam WD hitch with sway control.

This is an UltraLight - 6200lbs Dry/7500 GVWR means it's towable by most modern 1/2-Ton Trucks & SUVs. We towed with a Suburban and a Silverado 1500 for most of the 10 yrs we've owned it.
