Recently had rv dealership service all appliances. RV Dealer new buyer 180 point inspection checklist will be completed shortly. Upgraded long life battery with outside power shut off, propance gauge, composting toliet, new twin mattress replaced 3/4 size rv mattress, longer electrical cord with surge protector, longer tv cable cord, 2 5/8" ball and heavy duty ball mount, no leaks, excellent shape. I did remove the microwave as it was just not powerful enough to heat water. And the dinette table was removed. I use large tv dinner trays and they work better and give you more room. I have two, 3/4" thick, sanded furniture boards for the dinette to bed conversion. Awning has no rips and is completely functional. A/C runs very cold. Solar setup plugs on outside of camper and a propance accessory plug in with line. Teak Bath floor. Back Up Camera new, in the box, never used. Outside protector coating applied by dealership at purchase - really helps keep her clean!
