This is a practically new, and very well maintained 5th Wheel.
It was purchased last Spring.
We had it delivered to one location, where we lived in it for approximately 3 months, and then we purchased our home.
No smoking. No pets. No issues whatsoever.
You may as well be buying it off of an RV lot brand new.

Before purchasing this 5th wheel we did a ton of research on "full time living" RV's, and realized that there wasn't actually a ton of choices on the market (if you're being practical).

I assume if you're looking at this ad, you've probably done a ton of research yourself on the specs of a rig like this.

The spacious master bedroom and incredibly large master bathroom (with double sinks), with the walk-in closet is a must!
Having an extra bathroom, which can be accessed directly from the front door, is essential.
And having a full size refrigerator is one of those absolutely imperative necessities, which you often don't realize you need until you're in one full time.

It's nice to have an open floor plan because it certainly feels more spacious and open. And the fireplace adds a beautiful ambience at night, which can produce both hot or cold air.

The air conditioner works great!
We live in Oklahoma, and the summers can be blistering hot, but we never ended up turning our air as high as it could go because it would get so cold inside the cabin with just a little air on.

The storage space both inside the cabin and under the carriage is incredible.
3 slideouts. 2 awnings. Full size microwave, great oven and stove.
Amazing sound system. Auto leveling.
