We bought this trailer last December so its barely lived in and only has about 300 miles! We bought it to live in while hurricane repairs were being completed on our home. Having two kids, it was nice that they had their own space in the back bedroom and we had our own space in the front bedroom.

You can get all the specs on other sites, so I'll tell you some of the things that stood out to me, after living in it:

-It has ducted A/C, which means (1) you can close the door and get in bed and not have to deal with the noise from the A/C unit. (2) When its cold, you can crank up the electric fireplace, open the bedroom ducts, and close the ones in the main living area, allowing you to draw all the warm air from the fireplace and distribute it to the bedrooms at night. We rarely used the propane furnace through the winter.
-The fireplace mantle makes a good spot for a large tv without having to worry about the difficulties of mounting one.
-There is a TON of storage space. You can fit 5 full size totes under the seating area with room to spare for some smaller totes if needed. There's also 4 smaller storage containers under the queen bed.
-It runs on 30 amps, so if you're looking at upgrading from a smaller trailer but already have all the extensions and surge protectors, you won't have to buy new ones.
-It has pressurized jets in the black water tank, so no need to run the hose and the wand through the camper.

Additional highlights: Adjustable awning, outside griddle and mini-fridge, electric stabilizers, outside water hose.
**I'll be including a smart TV and wall mount in the main bedroom, a weight distribution hitch, and a Curt Echo bluetooth brake controller.

We've been very pleased with it. Honestly, if we had something a bit bigger to pull it with and felt like we'd get some use out of it, I'd hang on to it. Asking price is what we still owe on the loan!
