This trailer has only been used once so it is in excellent condition. We bought it early 2020 and ended up not using it as much as we thought we would. The usable length of the trailer is 28 feet while the overall length is 32.2 feet. The exterior width is 96" and the exterior height (including A/C) is 11'4".

There is one slide out which includes the dinette and the couch. The couch and the dinette turn into extra beds, so the trailer is able to sleep 6-8. The bunk beds are full size beds with curtains for added privacy. The entertainment center includes a 32" Toshiba flat-screen T.V. mounted to a swing arm wall mount. There is a built in stereo/dvd player.

The master bedroom is located at the front of the trailer and has two sliding doors that lock away for ease of access. There are wardrobe closets located on either side of the queen bed, an over the head shelf, and the bed lifts for extra storage.

The kitchen has a gas stove with 3 burners, an oven, a microwave, fridge with freezer, sink with removable cutting board, and plenty of cupboard/pantry space. The bathroom has a shower/tub combo with a space saving sink and mirror/cabinet combo and exterior door.

The exterior is a beautiful white and dark gray with blue accent. Not pictured is the awning with light strip, 2 exterior speakers, and the outside shower.
