Description

Located in Western Mass 40 mins from Albany NY
Bought a year ago in Maine, took it out to Colorado and Utah for the summer last year and it was well worth it.
Set up with 1 stationary mounter renogy 100watt and 1 moveable 100 watt renogy panel. Both panels rigid and new last year. 2 100 amp hour golf bateries. This system worked perfect for my devices and lights. The heater worked without fail on many chilly nights at high elevation. The dometic fridge worked for a 40 day trip nonstop except once when I believed it overheated in 106' Utah sun. Put it in the shade, and it kicked on after an hour or so. On my return trip my passenger side hub broke in Erie Pa. I patched it up with a new one I bought at the tractor supply and made it across NY back to Mass. I would reccomend a new axel as I believe they have heavier duty ones than the factory stock. It will get you a bit more clearence and the hubs would obviously be new. The price range I believe is $300-$500. I parkeed it in July and coveered it for the winter so it is towable as is but I wouldn't go too fast or too far. I made the whole NY thruway doing 60-65mph, and believe me that road has some bumps, so I think its okay for transport.
The only other thing wass that the hinge for the fridge broke (plastic part), still closes and swings freely but if lifted upwards it will detach. The camper is a dream. Also, never had a mouse or critters, sitting still or when I was on the road. Thee fresh water tank is 11 gallons, and the pump and sink come in handy though there isn't a hot water heater, I really never needed one. Lastly, the AC unit worked well with my $120 dollar super quiet 1000watt sportsman generator.
