Very nice, and clean coach, outdoor kitchen, upgraded king mattress, new tires. Well cared for. No pets, and non smoker. No problems whatsoever. 2017 batteries, 16 gal water heater, full size residential refrigerator, 3 roof ac amd heating units, upgraded led smart TVs and surround sound, outdoor entertainment, 380 hp Cummins 8.3 engine, recently serviced. 38 gal propane tank, 100 gal fresh water, 100 gal fuel tank, 60 gal grey, and 50 gal black. 2 magnum 2000 inverters. 8000 Cummins onan generator(recently serviced). The coach is outfitted with led lighting with dimmer switches. Reason for selling is that we've upgraded to a bath and a half model. We've enjoyed our time with it, it's a great coach
