This Class BPlus RV is from Arizona and has never seen any road salt. I purchased it from an older couple who stored it in a garage and hardly used it. They originally bought it for $108,000. It had all the upgrades available: solid cherry wood, leather seats, full winter package, roof solar panels, chrome trim, high end alarm system etc

It handles exceptionally well. The turning radius and size make it easy to drive and park around town.
When I drove it back to massachusetts, it cruises smoothly at 70mph on the highway and effortlessly climbs mountains. The interior is compact yet roomy and includes a slideout bed. I will say, if I were to ever buy another RV (when money loosens up) I would only buy a RV with a macerator pump for dealing with black water. Never knew such existed till I bought the Phonenix. So clean and simple. Aswome.

All new tires with approximately 100 miles. Low hours on generator. Full service records. All manuals. Oil and lubed often.
I have to say, I was very pleased with the build quality of Phoenix cruser. Exceptionally solid. Built to last. I'm sad to be selling, but business is hurting with Covid and need to tighten up.
