As you enter the unit you step into a large kitchen/dining area that boasts of a large pantry, island with ambient lighting and a large double sink, double door refrigeratior/freezer, micorwave/convection oven, gas range with oven, a large hutch and a smaller hutch both providing ample storage. The larger hutch includes a 32" television. The dining area has seating for four with windows surround and a drop leaf extension table. Step up to the large living room area at the rear of the unit. It includes 2 sleeper sofas and 2 power heated/massage recliners. In the elevated living room warm up next to a fireplance with multiple inserts (logs, crystals, stone) that can be changed to match the ambience you are going for. Overhead lighting can be adjusted by a dimmer switch to match the mood. A 49" TV is mounted to a power lift so that it can be raised or lowered into the cabinetry. When lowered, the large window at the rear of the unit allows for an expansive view. Windows are on every wall of the living room area. The bedroom is located at the front of the unit and is furnished with a queen size bed with a brand new Sleep Number mattress. There are two closets, one a walk in and the second plumbed for a washer/dryer. Included is a dresser with an overhead 32" television mounted. The bathroom includes a large shower with seating, ample head room and a sky light along with generous closet storage. The KEY feature in this unit is the abundance of storage under the unit. If you plan to be a full timer or you like to pack lots of "toys", this is the unit for you. In the rear of the unit under the raised living room area is a large pull out tray perfect for storing golf clubs, kayaks, bikes, etc with easy access. There are two additional side storage compartments along side the tray storage and 2 additional large pass through storage compartments. We have loved this RV and are sad to part with it but unfortunately life circumstances do not allow us to travel as planned. We are also considering selling our Ford F350 dually as a package deal with the camper. The truck is a 2018 Lariat model with only 13,600 miles and is still under factory warranty.
