Our trailer has the Keystone Arctic Package for extra warmth in cold weather. The main living space is in the rear of the trailer, with a large picture window in the back. An open floor plan makes family time together easy. After-market items include an electric front jack and room topper over the slide. The trailer has lots of storage, including a large pass-through in the front. The bedroom has two separate closets that can handle hanging clothing. The kitchen is nicely arranged with plenty of counter space and a great view for the cook. It includes both a REAL oven, microwave, and a three-burner cooktop. Our media center is a combination AM/FM/CD/DVD with 4 inside speakers and 2 outside speakers. The television is an HD 720P that is designed to rotate to face the bedroom when needed. The bathroom has a small bathtub as well as a shower. (There are outside shower facilities as well.) The sleeping arrangements are a queen size bed in the bedroom, a pullout hide-a-bed couch, and the table conversion bed. There is a 13500 BTU air condition that is vented through the ceiling. The heating unit is a forced air through the floor and warms the holding tanks in the cold weather. A centrally located thermostat controls both units. There are two entry doors, one door is to the rear living space, and the second is to the bedroom. We added two new RV batteries in the fall of 2020. We love this trailer and have made many wonderful memories. We are selling due to life changes. Since we are selling a used item, the sale will be in "as-is condition."
