Sale pending. This is a very nice clean 40 foot 5th wheel trailer. What I like about it is its light weight aluminum construction and its front over cab design makes it a dream to tow. Its custom cabinets with ample storage is also a plus. The breakfast bar with all that counter space makes cooking very efficiant. There is plumbing and space for a RV washer and dry combo. This is in my opinion, one of the nicest floor plans I have seen combined with quality like I have never seen. Light filtering and room darkening shades on all the windows. Real leather couch with a comfortable queen bed in the rear. Read the sales brochure found on line and you may agree. There are many options on this trailer including all the comfort pack options except the solar trickle charger. The Tour Edition options are all there too, with the exception of the graphics saying, tour edition. The options are listed with the photos of the camper with a few more sales clips of the camper. This could be a good snow-bird camper. I am selling because I used it last summer while my summer home was being built. My home is now livable and I am ready to sell this wonderful camper. I am the 2nd owner and it looked almost new when I got it and I have been very careful, always taking good care of it. There is 26 foot of awnings divided up into two awnings. The 16 foot awning is scheduled to be replaced in the middle of April with a push button, full power deploying and retracting awning from Carefree awnings in Colorado. Media wise there are two flat screen TVs and it is wired for cable, satellite, or antenna. There is a TV in the bedroom, and living area. It is wired for a TV under the awning and a quick coupler for LP gas for those outdoor grill enthusiast. I was asked if this is a 4 season camper. I found out that there are no industry standards for 4 season camper but this one is made in Canada and the specs say yes to 4 season. There is to much to list.
