Roof resealed in 2020, air conditioning dash unit rebuilt and recharged in 2020, new battery in 2020, mechanical no problems moved recently from Texas no problems. Very clean unit. Items that don’t work gas gauge is not working, unit has a non operational generator not sure of problem, item has updated electrical items from previous owner but never has worked correctly, missing rear double mattress
