This trailer has been kept under cover when not being used. We used it probably 10 times on trips and at the lake. New tires. One slide out. It's in excellent condition! Perfect for a couple. It will sleep two adults and two children. I added a tailgate gas grill to the bumper. I'm located in Weatherford Oklahoma. Only three miles off of I-40.
