Camper is in excellent shape. 29'6" length and it only weighs 6000# fully loaded and a full tank of water. The floor plan design was important to us because all features, facilities and components are accessible and usable when unit is parked with the slide out in. One owner husband and wife, no pets, no children, non-smokers. Unit was serviced every year under the original factory warranty. Camper has always been stored under a covered protected facility with power, which keeps all components and batteries charged. Also the toilet has NEVER had any paper flushed down into the black tank, maintaining tank integrity.
