First, my wife is a neat-nik so you will find this home to be clean and in very good condition! We have never been smokers, have no smoking visitors, no pets ever indoors. My wife has asthma so we are vigilant regarding allergens. We have had this home parked in the same spot the whole time we've owned it, which is four years. You will enjoy many features, not least of all being able to sit in the living/dining area looking out sliding glass doors. Let's start with what's new: so far this year we have replaced the microwave; fireplace; inverter (battery charger); ice maker for the Frigidaire; along with remote control sliding door drapes. Four years ago we replaced the Roman shades in the kitchen with easy touch roller shades. At that time we also bought a new wall hugging recliner love seat. We added a 26" TV to the bedroom. We also added a custom cabinet next to the recliner for my home office computer/printer - the bottom drawer is file cabinet style for hanging folders - this is solid wood construction. So those items are relatively new. The dining table with 2 chairs, loveseat, swivel/rocker/recliner will be included with the home. There are three (3) slides; two (2) a/c units and 8 foot ceilings with ceiling fans in the living area and bedroom. There's also a 20 gallon electric water heater; walk-in shower; washer connection in the bathroom closet. The bed is queen-sized and lifts for plenty of storage beneath. There's a linen closet in the hallway. Additionally, the den offers a 40" TV with sound bar and a Jensen sound system with outdoor speakers. Stabilizer jacks are included. To be completely transparent you should know that we never used the awning so it will almost certainly need to be replaced (the porch is already sold so cannot be considered) as will the seal on the front slide at some point. We've kept up with keeping everything else current as already noted, listing all the new things we have done.
