Description
Wanderlodge was the high end rv at time. Bus chassis and steel framing. Considered to be the safest produced motor coach in the world. Only about 150-200 were made each year. All custom. No two exactly the same. This one was about $300,000 in 1989.Fuel Type: Diesel 300hp. Boondocked entire trip. Didn't turn off for over 4 days.
Has the very important blue box. Which has all blue prints of bus from factor when built . Electrical framing motor trans etc. Also Marticulous records of previous owners maintenance. Want to know when light bulb was changed in 1994. It has records.
Tires are about 7 years old. But plenty of tread.
Recently had ground issue. Wire was corroded causing not to charge well. When in shop updated batteries to more modern configuration. They are lead acid batteries. The advantages of having this setup is less heat transfer between platelets. And using only 4. Replaced all battery wires and many more wires. All cut off switches also replaced and function as they should $5000 worth of work.
