A great single-axle travel trailer that can fit in almost any size spot. The comfortable murphy bed with a heated innerspring mattress allows for more usable space during the day in a small camper. The unit originally had a bunk over the dinette which we removed and replaced with a shelf that can hold small containers while traveling. Removing the bunk also provided more light when sitting at the dinette. The bunk will be sold with the unit and can be reinstalled to provide sleeping for 4. There is also a narrow table that can be used for dining while sitting on the sofa. The large bathroom with a self-contained tub/shower has enough room to bathe and get dressed in. There is a closet in the bathroom as well as a Fantastic Fan. The unit has a 6 gal. water heater, heat and a/c. The speaker system has bluetooth technology with 3 speakers, including outside. The Furion television with CD/DVD combo can also be mounted outside. The outside quick connect grill can be hung on a rack on the outside of the trailer and there is an outside prep table. There is a power awning with outside LED lighting, and an outside shower with hot and cold water. There are 2 30-lb. LP tanks with cover and a spare tire. Included is the hitch, spring bars and sway control. It comes with a portable washer that fits inside the tub. Also included are 2 collapsible bikes: a 6-speed and 1-speed. There are no slides, so no leaks. It towed easily with a 6cyl. Ford Ranger. Owners are non-smokers and had no pets, but unfortunately, are no longer able to tow a trailer.
