Mechanic condition: No mechanic issue for the past five years. We replaced the brake pad in 2016. Replaced ABS sensor and pump in 2019 because of ABS lights on. Beside that, all routine oil changes with full synthetic oil at Jiffy Lube. The car itself has an oil change notification, quite convenient.

Tire is BFGoodrich AT. America Tire guys told me there's still 20K+ miles left. A completely new spare tire with the same brand and size purchased four months ago and never been used.

Amenities shows normal wear for the year and mileage, I do replace some parts by myself, but never need RV workshop:
