Description
Attention fellow campers and campers to be. Are you looking for fifth wheel luxury with a bumper pull price? Don’t let this one pass you by! Title in hand!!
You are viewing a 2016 Grand Design Reflection bunkhouse. This is a 37ft bumper pull, model 308 BHTS, VIN# 573TR3623G3303823, non-smoking unit. I am the second owner, and the unit has spent over half of its life covered.
The following updates/modifications have been made: New tongue jack that has auto retract and can be set to auto raise to your vehicle hitch height. New queen mattress cost approximately $800. New flat screen television with Roku. Remodeled outdoor kitchen including new counter tops and a larger sink with upgraded faucet. All furniture and upholstery is less than 4 months old as the old furniture started peeling (spent over $4,000 on new furniture). A bidet was installed on the toilet, which eliminates the need to use that thin camper toilet paper, and the need to dispose of toilet paper in the tank.
The unit has just left the dealer for warranty work where the AC’s were serviced, worn slide gaskets were replaced, and the control board for the water heater was replaced. There is a transferable warranty with approximately 10 months remaining. This camper has an outdoor kitchen with sink, 2 range burners, and refrigerator/freezer. The unit has front and rear power stabilizer legs. The tires are less than 2 years of age with under 1,000 miles. For an acceptible offer, I will leave the rear hitch mounted rack, potable water hose, and sewer hoses. The camper also comes with a nice hitch that has sway bars.
There are two roof A/C’s that are duel ducted. There is a gas furnace and the heater vents are located on the wall rather than the floor so you do not get dirt accumulation in the vents like your do with floor vents. The main interior area has opposing slides for a roomy kitchen/living area. The kitchen has a pantry, and next to that is a wet bar. The rear room with a door is the bunk house. There are two upper bunks and two lower bunks. The two lower bunks slide together to make a king bed. This is truly an exceptional and well maintained camper. If you have small kids like we do, then the bunk room with a door is a must. We have upgraded to a fifth wheel, and this is the reason for selling.
Thank you for your interest, and happy camping.
