We are selling this great fifth wheel because our medical conditions are such that we cannot use it as we hoped. A similar 2020 model will cost well over $80K, so this hardly used unit is quite a bargain. This RV has tons of features to make your short or long stay very comfortable.
This unit was put in service August 2018. It has been towed less than 3,500 miles for 3 camping trips. Pinnacles come with the MORryde system to minimize impact to the tow vehicle and smooths out road bumps for the trailer. It also has a 6 point automatic leveling system; just touch “auto-level” when you place it in the slot, then go outside and watch it level itself.
The Pinnacle 38FLSA features a front living room with theatre seating and two couches in opposing slides that face each other. Six adults can sit comfortably in the living area. There is a 60” class television above the fireplace. It also has the bedroom and outdoor televisions. The kitchen slide includes the gas/electric refrigerator with ice maker. This unit has a combination microwave/convection oven vent hood along with a standard gas oven below the cook top. There are 3 air conditioning units rather than 2 and they are centrally ducted, or can be vented to the immediate area. Heat is by gas furnace under the floor and the electric fireplace. There is an automatic vent fan in the kitchen area and a manual unit in the bath.
This is a rear bedroom unit This unit has a separate washer and externally vented dryer. The cabinet doors and cabinet facings are wood, not vinyl image covered particle board. Inside height is over 9 feet and there are 5 slides, so the unit is very spacious.
