ULTRA LIGHT WEIGHT! Was able to tow with large SUV. 4,480 Dry Weight. Purchased in September 2019. This unit has two twin bunkbeds in addition to the Murphy bed that folds up into the wall. Extra additional items included our TV, upgraded memory foam mattresses for twin bunk beds and Beddy's Bedding valued at $500 for bunks. This unit also features a huge U-shaped dinette. This dinette hers into a very large bed one folded. Has ample storage under dinet in addition to above and below sink. Pass thru storage as well.
