Like-new condition, even still has the manufacturer's plastic wrap in some places! My wife and I have only taken one trip in it. We bought it for a business we were going to start, but we didn't move forward with it so now we are selling it at about half the original MSRP. This is a very luxurious unit that can sleep up to eight people comfortably. It has three slides (kitchen, sofa, and master bedroom) and a 14' garage for your ATVs, dirtbikes, or whatever other toys you might have. It has two bathrooms (one full bath with a shower and another half bath), a kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, propane stove, living area with 60" flat-screen TV and a couch with heated seats, massagers, and recliners, exterior TV and speaker system, washer/dryer hookup in the garage, and more. It has a 50A power hookup and a Cummins Onan 5500 generator. It uses an advanced Lippert Auto-leveling hydraulic jack system, with six jacks in total and three axles. It's 15k lbs unloaded or 18k lbs loaded (filled with gas, water, etc) so I would recommend at least a Ford F-350 dually or equivalent to pull it. If you don't already have one, I am also selling my Ford F-350 dually for $20k and we could negotiate a package deal. Also, I am including all the accessories I bought for the toy hauler with the sale, including jack pads, a stabilizing tripod, a kingpin lock, rubber chocks, x-chock tire-locking chocks, a double-headed sewage hose with clear elbow connector (very valuable as you can see when the tank is done emptying as the water turns clear), a Camco angled sewage hose support, a rear back-up camera (already mounted), a garden hose for sewage dumps, and more.

This unit truly has all the bells and whistles. It's a great unit and we're sad to see it go, but we hope it finds a good home. Get in touch with me for showings.
