Description
TITLE IN HAND! The Sabre 36BHQ is one of the most popular mid bunk plans because it gives you the most bang for the buck. I bought this camper new in March 2017 and stayed in it at 2 RV parks while working out of town for it's entire life. It has been towed twice (dealership to the first campground and 30 miles to the second campground). Any little leaks or issues that campers normally get were fixed immediately rather than sitting and rotting until it was discovered like seasonal campers. It has been regularly cleaned (including the roof everytime). The 36bhq already came with plenty of features but I added some upgrades. A 30 amp gas/propane dual fuel generator is included (enough to run 1 of the A/C units and the rest of the camper) the camper is 50amp service. Splendide washer/dryer combo with dryer vent is included. It is plumbed with valves to switch between the 10 gallon electric/gas water heater or tankless. Portable double standard water softener system. Upgraded samsung smart tv in the living room, Roku TVs in each bedroom, water recirculation valve under the kitchen sink for fast hot water in the winter and to keep the line from freezing, blackout roller shades installed throughout, oxygenics shower head, king pin tripod, JT strong arm stabilizers, dog ramp.
Features that came on the camper: electric auto leveling jack system, large residential refrigerator with power inverter, adjustable king size bed, reclining love seat and sofa bed in living room, jackknife sofa bed with trundle and upper bunk in mid bunk room, queen size bed in loft above bunk house, led lighting throughout,15k a/c in living room, 13.5k in bedroom, friction hinge door, sabre cobalt package, bistro kitchen package, all-inclusive package. I'm probably forgetting a bunch of the features and stuff that I added, but please ask if you're curious about anything. This camper has been a great home away from home, but now I've moved and don't have a place to store it.
