Extremely clean like new condition. This is our first camping experience. We are older and decided camping is not for us. We pulled this pop up with our mid size suv without any issues. We have taken it out 4 times. We love the heated beds. The interior is beautiful and the layout is nice. We didn't us it but the outdoor grill that is attached to the trailer is nice. Refrigerator is great. Our last trip we took it out at the end if the season and it surprisingly held heat and this summer the ac kept us cool with no complaints. We have winterized anything that is needed and it is kept on our gravel parking area. $10,000 or BO
