Very well kept 37 ft family travel trailer. It still has the new rv smell from the lot. We are non-smokers and have no pets. Our three children camp with us every trip and the keep it spotless. Generally we're cooking outside in the outdoor kitchen to keep the inside like new. We do a thorough cleaning after everytrip before we leave the campgrounds with clorox and lysol wipes. The roof is also checked at a service shop and the seals are in great condition because we keep it under a cover. We are looking to upgrade to a 5th wheel Open Range because we love this layout so much and we haven't had any problems with her. The hitch will go with her and what ever else you'd like to keep. I know the market is huge right now because of the hurricanes, Covid keeping us isolated, so why not kept to yourself somewhere else, by yourself, for yourself in your own new camper! Has a large bunkhouse that can sleep 5 with out putting some on the floor (But you can if you need). Living room sofa makes into a queen size bed and the master has another queen.
