Description
Only 1 owner. I'm selling because of lifestyle changes mostly due to health. It's only been used for short weekend trips in state. No major out of state trips. Well maintained & recently serviced by Mercedes as well as the RV side, heating ESBAR serviced by Thermo King. This coach is designed for Boondocking, off grid type camping. There is no propane so the heating system & hot water run off the diesel tank. I love this because I never have to worry about LP running low and where to fill it. Every time I go to the gas station & fill with diesel, I'm set. And the consumption is barely noticeable.
Two lithium batteries, 2 inverters, 3 roof solar panels and an under hood generator that has "Volt Start". When the volt start is on it will automatically start the engine to charge the batteries when voltage gets low. I don't have pets but this is especially helpful if you're away from the coach with a pet inside with the a/c on. When voltage gets low the volt start will kick in and run for 20 minutes and repeat 5 more times.
The Induction stove has never been used so It's brand new and the microwave/convection oven works great. I cooked baked stuffed pork chops in it.
The coach has surround sound w/a base woofer, dvd player that I've never used. I do use ROKU with a wifi extender I suction cup to an outside window. Works amazing.
The rear sofa automatically folds down to a queen.I have a memory foam topper that makes it extremely comfortable but it's fine without. It does sleep 3 but requires a sort of extender that connects both captain chairs.I don't have this extender.
On the highway It gets 18-20 MPG. Once I got 21. It's easy to dive with lane assist and backup camera. I love the view being up a bit higher than your average pickup truck. It doesn't scream CAMPER with the typical decals, etc It parks in a regular parking space and I've taken it through a Starbucks drive through that has a 10 foot height. There are two minor issues that I've noticed. The water pump has been acting sluggish and the galley inverter trips off occasionally. I've sought advise from the E-Trek Facebook group and they think I need to replace a fuse. Either way I'm sure they're simple fixes and I'm willing to reduce the price. I fall under the "high risk" category so until the COVID craze subsides, I'm not going anywhere. Thank you very much and please email with as many questions as you'd like.
